Gonging Meditation Evening - 1st Sunday of each month,

Gonging is an ancient technique that has been used in Eastern traditions for over 6 000 years to heal, soothe and relieve the stresses of every day life.

A Gonging session is like a bath in an ocean of sound, as Peter comes from Pingelly with his 10 gongs - 3 of them tuned to the frequencies of astrological bodies: the moon, the sun and Sedna, a new planet beyond Pluto. Christina sounds the crystal singing bowls. Both of them sing to the toning of the Shruti box, play chimes and Tibetan singing bowls. All this magical sound takes you into a world where you are cleansed, healed and energised. A one hour gonging meditation soothes and relieves stress as it brings inner peace and tranquility to your soul…
